Fit Food Tasty is a leading provider of healthy meal prep services. Based in Bridgwater, we serve quality meals to our local customers in Taunton, Weston Super Mare, Bristol, and the surrounding areas. Due to growing demand, we now also deliver our delicious food to the rest of the UK via DPD.

Eating healthy should be easy, convenient, and most important of all, delicious. Our founder experienced the struggle of finding nutritious and healthy meals during the lockdown period of 2020. Frustrated with the lack of options available that support a healthy lifestyle, we set out to create a solution.

We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to food, which is why we offer a full menu and wide range of meal plans to choose from.

All of our meals are ready to eat and super easy. Enjoy them hot, by reheating them in the microwave, or cold, as some of our dishes are even better served chilled.

LOCAL AND NATIONWIDE MEAL PREP SERVICES

Fit Food Tasty specialises in cooking delicious, healthy prepped meals. Our meal are not only for people that go to the gym. They’re for anyone looking lose weight, gain muscle, reduce food waste, or simply improve their lifestyle & eating habits. All without sacrificing taste and time.

From January 2021 when we first opened our doors, until September 2022, we focused our efforts on providing a great service to our local customers in Bridgwater and surrounding areas including Taunton, Weston Super Mare, and Bristol. We offer local weekly deliveries of freshly prepared meals, as well as collection which saves on delivery fees and offers more flexibility on pickup times.

We are extremely excited to now be able to offer meal prep delivery to customers nationwide. We use DPD as our courier. Their specialised service allows the customer flexibility and a great user experience, allowing them to be given a 1 hour time slot on the delivery day, pick a safe space if they won’t be home, and have the delivery drivers be made aware that the parcel is food and needs to be treated with extra special care.

The quality of meals and quantity of choices you have as a Fit Food Tasty customer remains the same, but the delivery process will be different depending on whether you are within our local delivery network, or need DPD to fulfil your delivery.

Healthy Meals for Local Customers in and near Bridgwater.

Meal prep delivery service days are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. The general estimated delivery time is from 6pm-8.30pm each week.

Exceptions can be made but you need to communicate with us to confirm what we can do. Collections are generally the same time, but if you miss your pickup time the food will be kept safe in the fridge for you to collect during our working times.

Healthy Meals Delivered to the UK.

Wherever you are in the UK, we can still get your food delivered to you safe, sound and fresh! We achieve this by using DPD’s delivery service, combined with high quality insulative packaging, complete with ice gel packs to keep your meals at fridge temperature.

The days which we can offer for you to receive your delivery are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday each week. Your food will be cooked and prepared as close to the pickup time as possible, and DPD promises to deliver to you within 24 hours of collecting. They will text/email you with a one-hour time slot estimation for delivery, and you are able to use their app or website to choose a safe place for the driver to leave your parcel if you will not be able to receive it.
