I have been using Fit Food Tasty’s meal prep for around 2 months now and can definitely say they’re the best meal prep company around. I only started using them so I didn’t have to cook as I live alone but I can safely say their food has changed my life. They really do live up to their name. The food tastes out of this world and really healthy. After 2 months of using them I can say I feel much healthier, my performance in the gym is great and I have lost weight and toned up really nicely. Not only do they cook really nice meals but they are more than happy to make any adjustments to ingredients in their food. They’re extremely friendly and happy to adapt to you rather than you adapting to them. I would highly recommend Fit Food Tasty to anyone. I genuinely cannot say one wrong word about them.

The BEST!!! Unreal food with plenty of variety and choice. I found it hard to eat healthy when i first come to work at Somerset and i tried a few meal preps and a couple of company’s but nothing and nowhere’s come close to Fit Food Tasty. There that nice Ive now got the majority of my work colleagues on them. Ive never found dieting so easy!!! However even if your not looking to go on a diet I’d still recommend these meals for nutrition and variety. Wish i found them sooner.
