Homemade Healthy Naan Bread Recipe

When you need a little something extra, this naan bread is the perfect addition to your meal. It’s quick, easy, and much healthier than the usual naan bread!

Ingredients:

  • 200g flour
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • Pinch of salt (we recommend pink Himalayan salt for extra minerals) ### Macros per Naan: – **Calories:** 160 – **Carbohydrates:** 27g – **Fat:** 3g – **Protein:** 5g *Much better than the standard naan with 60g carbs and over 300 calories!* — ### Instructions: 1. **Mix the Dough:** – Combine 200g flour, 200g Greek yoghurt, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. – Mix into a dough, working it until it’s not super sticky. 2. **Chill the Dough:** – Form the dough into 6 even balls. – Place the dough balls in the fridge for 10 minutes. 3. **Roll Out the Naan:** – Flour your work surface and roll out each dough ball into a naan shape. 4. **Cook the Naan:** – Heat a non-stick pan on high heat (no oil needed). – Cook each naan for about 1 minute on each side until crisp and golden. 5. **Serve and Enjoy:** – Your delicious, healthy naan is ready to be enjoyed! — Enjoy this quick and easy naan bread with our healthy chicken curry or any of your favorite dishes.   1. Mix The Dough – Combine the 200g flour, 200g greek yoghurt and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix it into a bowl and keep working it, will start super sticky but will end up in a beautiful dough if you keep working it through
  2. Split The dough into 6 equal portions, roll into balls and chuck in the fridge for 10 minutes (this helps them crisp when hitting the pan!)
  3. Flour your work surface and roll the balls into circles (or go rustic and just flatten them out by hand…)
  4. Chuck the discs onto a high heat frying pan with no oil
  5. Enjoy!
